At French Dry Goods we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, contact us at any time within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right. If a return arrives at French Dry Goods damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, a refund may not be issued.- Shipping costs (expedited or economy) are not refundable. 2. Rinse them with warm water
3. Shake off the remaining water after washing
4. Let the brush dry at room temperature
5. Finish by combing the fibres
